The newly minted CE Portfolio will be known as Resource Innovation for Sustainable Economic Circularity (RISE) CDO. Among the standout initiatives are the Technology for Sustainable Agricultural Decomposition and Application (TSADA) Organic, Plastics Lifecycle Action for Sustainability through Circularity (PLASTIC), and Knowledge-Driven Actions for Holistic, Inclusive, and Multi-Sectoral Urban Nature Nexus (KAHIMUNAN).

In addition to these groundbreaking projects, Cagayan de Oro City is prioritizing the procurement of shredders for large-scale organic composting and the establishment of plastic processing facilities. Moreover, the city aims to acquire processing equipment to handle unsold vegetables, fruits, and food waste from local restaurants and hotels.
