They strengthen gender and development (GAD) communication in Northern Mindanao. Signatories include PCW Executive Director Nharleen Santos-Millar, PIA-10 Regional Head Franklin Gumapon, Regional Gender and Development Committee-10 Chairperson and Commission on Population and Development-10 Regional Director Neil Aldrin Omega, and PIA-10 Information Officer Retchie Paculba. Fresh Tools That Make Equality Easy to See and Share

Moreover, this guide supports stakeholders in delivering gender-responsive services and reporting.

They also co-produce “AlaGAD sa DYES,” a quarterly video magazine. It features initiatives, women’s stories, and gender and development practices. The first video magazine appears during the signing and covers gender-fair language, Pasundayag, and a “Myth vs. Fact” on GAD concepts.

The Faithful Flood In at First Light

Devotees packed the trails before the roosters even crowed. EARLIER: Devotees were seen as early as 5:00 AM at Malasag Ecopark to participate in the Stations of the Cross this Good Friday. They walked quietly yet purposefully, prayers mixing with the cool morning mist while the sun peeked over the hills.
Moreover, the energy felt electric yet peaceful. Families huddled together, friends supported each other up the slopes, and everyone reflected deeply on sacrifice and hope.
Safety Squad Keeps the Peace

Meanwhile, the pros stayed sharp and ready. Members of the Incident Management Team (IMT) composed of CDRRMD, COCPO, TASK FORCE ORO, and Brgy. Force Multipliers, were also present in the area to ensure the safety and security of the public. They moved smoothly through the crowds, chatting with devotees and scanning every corner.
Furthermore, their calm presence let everyone focus on the moment. No worries, just pure devotion under the watchful eyes of the team that turned potential chaos into smooth, sacred vibes.
