They declared the annual and supplemental budgets for 2026 operative for several barangays. Additionally, Resolution 2026-286 activates Barangay Lumbia's rule on the number of council seats, while others empower Indahag's fresh ideas like a monthly Job Assistance Day, a stronger Council for the Protection of Children, an Educational Assistance Program for underprivileged students, and measures promoting cooperative development.

Next, the council pushed forward with housing projects that matter to many families. Ordinance 2026-219 lets the mayor handle land subdivision for a resettlement program in Barangay Carmen. Similarly, they approved the subdivision development plan for Xavier Southwoods in Barangay Bayanga and authorized usufruct agreements plus master deeds under the 4PH housing program in Barangay Pagatpat. 

Finally, Ordinance 2026-224 amends the motorela fare ordinance to increase fare rates, helping drivers cope with rising costs while keeping rides accessible.
