PMMA-CDO finds new home in Cugman Integrated School, backed by Cong. Rufus Rodriguez. As the main author who pushed for the establishment of the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy - Cagayan de Oro Campus through RA 11782, Cong. Rufus Rodriguez met with PMMA regional officers.

Carl Vincent Plarisan Malinao ranked 1st nationwide with a rating of 93.80%, leading the list of the Top 10 examinees in the said board examination. 

He also secured the 3rd spot in the March 2026 Electronics Technicians Licensure Examination, marking another remarkable achievement. Moreover, this double victory shows his incredible skill and dedication, inspiring everyone around him.
