This initiative, part of the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) program, aims to bolster local farmers' income while simultaneously reducing their production costs. The facilities are strategically located in Barangay Santa Cruz, Tangub City, and Barangay Buenavista, Oroquieta City, making them accessible to a vast number of farmers in the province.
