Big things are happening in the heart of the city. The **Gaisano City Mall CDO Expansion** is moving along, and I caught the latest progress on October 15, 2026. I shot these updates from the Julio Pacana Side (Licuan) with my phone, so please forgive the **#phoneshot** quality!
Cagayan de Oro keeps growing, and this **#expansionproject** proves it. Every week, the site looks a little different.
First, the crew is working on the **concrete pile** foundations. These piles anchor the whole structure, so they come first. Next, workers will bring in **precast concrete** elements to speed things up.
Meanwhile, the site buzzes with **#constructionlife**. Trucks roll in, machines hum, and workers move with purpose. Honestly, it's fascinating to watch.
So, what's next? Soon, you'll see more structural work rising along Licuan. **#Constructionsoon** will turn into construction everywhere!
Furthermore, this **#expansion** should give shoppers more space and more options. Still, patience matters, because good things take time.
Thanks for following along, neighbors! I'll keep posting updates as the **#gaisanocitymall** project grows.
Until then, share your thoughts below. What would you love to see inside the new wing?
