New Equipment, Better Healthcare

Great news for Misamis Oriental! Three Misamis Oriental Provincial Hospitals (MOPHs) recently received 82 hospital beds and eight wheelchairs, giving healthcare workers better tools to serve more patients. Moreover, MOPH Manticao, MOPH Magsaysay, and MOPH Claveria now have upgraded facilities that improve comfort and strengthen patient care.
The provincial government continues enhancing healthcare through valuable partnerships. Gov. Juliette Uy expressed gratitude to private organizations and government agencies whose donations included hospital beds, wheelchairs, nebulizers, an ultrasound machine, and a defibrillator.

A Healthier Future Ahead

Meanwhile, hospital officials welcomed the new equipment because it replaces aging units and meets rising patient demand. Consequently, hospitals can accommodate more patients while delivering faster, more reliable healthcare services.

Furthermore, the Misamis Oriental Provincial Health Office oversees distribution across eight provincial hospitals. As succeeding phases continue, more facilities will receive essential medical equipment, bringing quality healthcare closer to every resident.

COURTESY: BANGON MISAMIS ORIENTAL

So, guess what? The Misamis Oriental Provincial Hospital just scored some awesome new hospital equipment! Eight fabulous donations came from various NGOs and private companies during a ceremony at the Provincial Capitol. We’re talking defibrillators, ECG machines, ultrasound machines, comfy hospital beds, mechanical wheelchairs, and even nebulizers. A big shoutout to A Brown Company and their team for stepping up and supporting the community!
Provincial Health Officer Dra. Bebina Casiño said these donations are priceless, especially for facilities with limited resources. Governor Juliette Uy is excited that patients won’t have to travel far for medical services anymore. Plus, they’re setting up dialysis centers and planning for surgical microscopes for cataract removals in the future. Seriously, this shows how much they care about the health of the folks in Misamis!
