They jumped right into the action, soaking up the patriotic energy. Moreover, the crowd buzzed with pride as flags waved and stories of heroism filled the air.

ICS Heroes Level Up: Tubod and Iligan Shine in Disaster Mastery!

Local leaders just leveled up their emergency game. OCD-X Dir. Antonio B. Sugarol graced the closing programs of the five-day Incident Command System Position Course (ICSPC) Trainings for the Municipality of Tubod, Lanao del Norte and Iligan City on May 22, 2026, held in Cagayan de Oro City. 
Participants trained hard at Deluxe Hotel for Tubod and Chali Beach Resort for Iligan City. 
Director Sugarol delivered a powerful message. He emphasized the importance of strengthening local disaster response capabilities through effective implementation of the Incident Command System and encouraged participants to apply their learnings in promoting organized, coordinated, and efficient emergency response operations in their respective localities. 
Teams now stand ready to tackle crises with confidence and coordination.
