On 12 August 2024, His Excellency President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. appointed a new set of Board of Directors, marking the beginning of an exciting chapter for PHIVIDEC-IA. The swearing-in ceremony on 13 August 2024 was a momentous occasion. The new Chairman, ENGR. AUGUSTUS N. ADIS, PME, took his oath before Hon. Ma. Lorelai Andrea C. Dulig, RTC Judge of Makati City. On the same day, the three other new Directorsโ€”ATTY. EDUARDO Q. ALMIRANTE, JR, CPA, MGEN. WILBUR C. MAMAWAG (RET.), and ENGR. CHRYSLER B. ACEBUโ€”were sworn in before CA Associate Justice John Lee at the Court of Appeals Building in Cagayan de Oro City.

Engr. Augustus N. Adis steps into his role as Chairman with a wealth of experience and a vision for progress. His appointment marks a significant transition from his predecessor, Jesus S. Guevara II. Adis's engineering background and leadership skills make him a formidable force, poised to drive PHIVIDEC-IA towards new heights.



Engr. Adis has always been a man of action. His professional journey is a testament to his dedication and expertise. Administrator and CEO Atty. Joseph Donato J. Bernedo, who serves as the Vice-Chairman of the board, expressed his enthusiasm for the new appointments. "I am pleased to welcome Engr. Adis, Atty. Almirante, MGen. Mamawag, and Engr. Acebu to the PHIVIDEC-IA Board.
