The public is informed that a portion of the Kapalong–Talaingod–Valencia (KTV) Road, specifically Sitio Solog, Barangay Halapitan, San Fernando, Bukidnon, is currently one lane passable and limited to light vehicles only due to continuous heavy rains. The affected area has sustained damage, including scoured pavement and broken guardrails caused by flooding.
Warning signs have been installed, and traffic personnel have been deployed to guide motorists. Clearing operations and continuous monitoring are also ongoing.
Motorists are advised to drive cautiously due to the slippery condition of the road caused by mud.
