So, guess what? On July 9, Baliangao, Misamis Occidental kicked off some dope infrastructure projects and a cool Tourism Development Plan. This plan aims to jazz up transport, public spaces, agriculture, and tourism—all while creating jobs for the locals. They even opened up three awesome tourist spots, including the beautiful White Sand Beaches and the scenic Cliff View Area. It’s just the start—there’s much more coming!

Mayor Golda Catherine Sweet Yap Resma shared some powerful vibes at the ceremony, saying they’re not just laying down roads or building structures, but they’re actually paving the way for a hopeful future for every Baliangaonon family. With loads of projects in the pipeline—from new roads to a fresh school building—this collaborative effort is all about growth. The future is looking bright, folks!
