Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) at the BJMP Valencia City Male Dorm are rolling up their sleeves for an exciting Candle Making Skills Training. They dive into hands-on sessions that spark creativity and teach real income-generating tricks. 

DOST steps up as a key partner, delivering practical tools and knowledge that transform downtime into skill-building time. Participants discover they can create beautiful products while building confidence and entrepreneurial spirit.
