Today, December 30, 2024, COCPO personnel, under the leadership of PCOL SALVADOR N RADAM, City Director, gathered to honor a legend. Joined by PBGEN JAYSEN C DE GUZMAN, the Regional Director of Police Regional Office 10, and representatives from various National and Local Government Offices, this event stood out as a vibrant tribute to Dr. Jose P. Rizal. Staged at the historic Rizal Park in Divisoria, Cagayan de Oro City, the celebration wasn’t just an ordinary gathering; it was a heartfelt commitment to recognize the impact of Rizal on our national identity.

The theme of this year’s commemoration, "Rizal sa Bagong Pilipinas: Buhay at Aral, Aming Nilalandas," encapsulated the spirit of the event perfectly.
