PLDT and Smart Communications Inc. rocked the Provincial Capitol on Thursday, June 25, 2026, with an awesome AI-IN-A-BOX PACKAGE DONATED TO PLDT & SMART IN THE CAPITOL. They handed over a laptop, smartphone, SMART 5G WiFi device, and a full year of ChatGPT Premium.

Selected Capitol employees already completed their first training last month. PMIS Head Candido Balaba thanked the donors warmly, while PMIS keeps the gear to boost staff training. This move perfectly supports Governor Juliette Uy’s BANGON agenda for faster, transparent government services.
