The construction journey began in 2020 under the leadership of Mayor Haron D. Omar, Sr. The initial allocation for Phase 1 was secured from then-2nd District Rep. Abdullah Dimakuta Dimaporo’s congressional budget, amounting to P10 million. However, the COVID-19 pandemic posed unforeseen challenges, leading to a temporary suspension of the project. Nevertheless, the community's determination shone through, and in 2023, additional funding of P35 million was provided by Senator Aquilino Martin “Koko” Pimentel III through the Department of Public Works and Highways, enabling the project's completion on September 15, 2024.

Enhancing Public Service Efficiency
