The Cagayan Electric Power & Light Co., Inc. (CEPALCO) would like to inform all affected customers of a scheduled power interruption on  Tuesday, August 18, 2026. Details below:

𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗢𝗡: 

To accommodate the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) request for a four-hour shutdown of the Cugman 34.5kV Power Line to facilitate the safe hoisting and installation of the pedestrian overpass panel at Cugman Bridge.

𝗔. 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗨𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡:

12:00AM to 04:00AM (4 HRS)

𝗔𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗦:

CITI Hardware-Baloy to Cugman Police Station:

1. Baloy Purok 11,12 & 13 including Coco Bay, Villa Verde, Tabucnai, Oro Asian and Kimwa Compound.

2. Cugman Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3-Cugman Brgy Hall, Talidahay, Sto.Rosario, Mosna, Villa Flora Subd. and Palm Spring.

3. Brgy. F.S. Catanico.

𝗕. 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗨𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡:

12:00 AM to 12:15 AM; and 04:15 AM to 04:30 AM

𝗔𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗦:

Cugman Old road and Villa Ernesto, Gusa:

1. Along Cugman Old road from Cugman Elementary School towards Cugman Highway.

2. Along Cugman Highway from Iglesia ni Cristo at Zone 4 to  San Vicente Ferrer Parish Church to Bigaan Bridge at Zone 8, Cugman including Alwana Village and Malasag.

3. Part of Brgy. Gusa including VESHA Phase 1, VESHA Phase 2 and Pride Rock Compound.

4. Greater portion of Sentro Gusa from Emerald St. and Topaz St. up to Purok 5 corner Ruby St.

Power, however, will be restored immediately and without further notice if line works are completed earlier than scheduled.

TRAFFIC ADVISORY 

Lenten Season 2025 

Please be informed of EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 0120-2025 A defining and mandating the Temporary Special Traffic Scheme during the implementation of the Lenten Season 2025 in the Barangays of Cugman and Tablon, this City on April 17, 2025 (Holy Thursday) and April 18, 2025 (Good Friday), to wit; 

I. MALASAG, BARANGAY CUGMAN AREA: 

NO PARKING of all types of motor vehicles on either along the National Highway of Barangay Cugman, within the one hundred fifty (150) meter distance on both ends from the corner of Malasag Road, except on authorized vehicle only; 

PARALLEL PARKING for all types of motor vehicles on either sides of the National Highway, after the designated loading and unloading zones; 

LOADING AND UNLOADING ZONE for all types of vehicles after the No Parking Area, on either sides along the National Highway;

NO ENTRY for all types of motor vehicles along Malasag Road, except for Emergency, Government, Church, Law Enforcement and service vehicles of residents living along the area; 

II. BARANGAY TABLON AREA 

NO PARKING for all type of vehicles on either side along the National Highway of Barangay Tablon, within the one-hundred (100) meter distance on both end from the corner of Zone 1 Pascu Village Road; 

PARKING for all types of motor vehicles shall be done on eother sides of the National Highway, after the designated loading and unloading zone and at designated areas for parking within the interior part of Zone Zero, Barangay Tablon going to Guadalupe Shrine; 

LOADING AND UNLOADING ZONE for all types of motor vehicles after the No Parking Area, on either sides along the National Highway; 

DEPLOYMENT OF TRAFFIC ENFORCERS (April 17,18 and 20, 2025)

Concern areas during the Lenten Season activities with Enforcers to man and direct the vehicular traffic thereat: 

1. Malasag, Barangay Cugman Area

2. Barangay Tablon Area

3. Barangay Balubal Area 

4. Barangay Gusa Area 

5. All Church (large) within the city 

Please be guided accordingly during the conduct of this activity.
