Big, exciting progress for Lapasan! Under the leadership of PB Julito ‘Litlit’ Ogsimer and through the support of Congressman Rufus Rodriguez, a new Barangay Hall will soon rise to serve our community better. Finally, we’re getting the upgrade we’ve been dreaming about.
