On May 9, 2025, personnel from the Upper Puerto Border Control Point, led by PCPT Raul W Gorra, BCP Supervisor, executed a critical operation to maintain public safety. Under the vigilant supervision of PLTCOL Randy Tecson Anito, Force Commander of CMFC-COCPO, a 24/7 joint checkpoint was established. This checkpoint effectively combined the efforts of the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP). Additionally, TSg Lavilla from the Philippine Army played an indispensable role in supporting the operation.
