For all those who want to enjoy this Higalaay Festival, there are free carnival rides at Mary Rose Carnival, Limketkai Center! 

This is a personal gift from Mayor Klarex Uy and his whole family to bring joy to every visitor and to our guests this city's festival. 

The free rides are available on the following days:

AUGUST 18 | 5:00 PM - 12:00 MN
