Sun-drenched leaves rustled as the scent of fermenting cacao wrapped around the visitors like warm velvet. **The Mindanao Development Authority, through its Area Management Office-Northern Mindanao, visited Cacao farms and the Cacao Fermentation Facility of Kennemer in Calinan, Davao City together with the Belgian Ambassador Vladislava Lordanova and Consul Leonilo Claudio, Belgium's Honorary Consul for Mindanao.** The air buzzed with possibility.
