Tungod sa kasamtangang kahimtang sa panahon, diin ang Northern Mindanao dili apektado sa Amihan (Northeast Monsoon) ug Easterlies apan makasinati sa mapanganuron nga kalangitan inubanan sa katag-katag nga pag-ulan, kilat, ug pagpanalugdog tungod sa Shear line.
Basi sa 12 oras nga rainfall forecast, makasinati sa hinay (light) ngadto sa kasarangan (moderate) nga pag ulan diin ang tubig nga dala niini posibling moagi sa:
• Misamis Oriental - Suba ug tributaries sa Odiongan, Gingoog, Balatocan, Cabulig, Lower Tagoloan, Lower/Middle Western Cagayan, Iponan ug Alubijid.
• Bukidnon - Suba ug tributaries sa Upper Tagaloan ug Upper/Eastern Cagayan.
• Lanao del Norte - Suba ug tributaries sa Mandulog, Agus, Liangan ug Maranding.
• Misamis Occidental - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Clarin, Palilan and Aloran.
• Camiguin - Tanang suba ug tributaries.
Gi-awhag ang matag BDRRMC labi na sa mga barangay nga posibling makasinati sa pagbaha ug pagdahili sa yuta (Flood and Landslide Prone Barangay) nga maminaw kanunay sa mga pahimangno aron makapangandam ug maka-plano sa angayan nga buhaton.
